ART 2 INTERMEDIATE ART
Pop Culture meets Surrealism & Abstract/Cubism Art
Decide which pop culture icon you would like to create in your art work. (Super hero, Movie character, cartoon character, etc.) Then look for an artwork that would suit your character like the examples in the PPT. If you have another art style or famous work that does not fall under the surrealism or cubism theme and you find one that would suit the Pop culture character better, run your idea by me first. Please do not copy something that has already been done on the internet. Come up with your own original idea and have fun with this!!

Take Monday and Tuesday 2/24-25 to look up an idea.
Draw a few sketches to practice and decide how you want the artwork to include your pop culture character. You may use paint, color pencils, oil pastels, chalk pastels or markers if you choose. |
